She was predeceased by: her father Theron Robert Petty (TR); her stepfather Alva Johnson; her son Sammy James Shumaker II; her brothers, Billy Don Petty (Angie) and Harold Dale Petty (Ruth); and her grandchildren, Gracee and Braden.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy McCuistion (John), Pamela Davis and Brandi Gothard (Lee) of Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Sammy III of Jennifer, J. R., Brandon, Dakota, Paige, Leigha, Jacob, Hailee and Jacee; her great grandchildren, Sadie, Conner, Lillian, Addison, Armyah, Brantley, Wyatt, Kayla and Cannon; and her great great grandchild Beckham.
