He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Fisher of Atoka; his children, Janie Elizabeth Taylor (Andrew) of Oklahoma City and Anthony James Trevino (Leah) of Middletown, Ohio; his grandchildren, Charles-James Trevino (Sage) of Japan and Kaitlyn Trevino (John); his aunt Velma Zammaron of Ardmore; and his cousins, Arlene, Leroy and Lloyd Jr.. He is also survived by other cousins and friends.
