He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert M. "Jack" Lemons and Alice Leona Lemons (Null); his wife Minnie "Ann" Sutherland; his son Jackie Glenn Lemons; his grandson Jody Brown; and his siblings, Carolyn Sue Lemons and Raymond L. Lemons.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristi Holley of Lebanon, TN and Sonya Grundy (Tim) of Thackerville; his grandchildren, Randi Ann Booker, Braxton Blair Booker, Blayke Bobbie Booker and Corey Glenn Lemons; and his great grandchildren, Brylee Booker, Marlii Moody, Braydee Booker, Braxton Booker, Jr., Bostyn Booker and Broncx Booker.
