Billy left this world on November 14, 2024 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parent Edith Cox; his wife Vickie Cox; and his siblings, Betty Cox, Vernon Cox, Joe Cox and Irene Royal.
He is survived by: his daughter Tracey Cox; his grandson Andrew Jacobs; and his sisters, Anna Housley and Jean Roberts. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Seaman First Class Billy Turner Veterans Cemetery (1555 Myall St, Ardmore, OK 73401).
