He is survived by: his sister Sharlene Cummins; his girlfriend Sheila Jackson of Ardmore; his brother Antonio Cummins of Durant, Oklahoma; his son Christopher Cummins of Ada, Oklahoma; his aunts and uncles, Morene Gooch of Ponca City, Della Gibson of Calera, Oklahoma, Bucky Cummins (Glenda) of Colbert and Gideon McDaniel of Atoka, Oklahoma; and his granddaughter Jasmine Cummins of Durant, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
