He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Ballew and Dolores Ballew (Parks); and his brother Stephen. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Kluver (Perry), Sherri Payne (Bill) and Jackie Kelley of Eufaula, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
