With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Jones of Arapaho, Oklahoma, born in Putnam, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 28, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Verno Towner and Elida Towner (Palmer); her husband Perry; her son Clyde William Jones; and her brothers, Marvin Towner, Melvin and Elvin Towner.
She is survived by: her close friend Tuffy Howell of Arapaho; her sister-in-law Pat Towner of League City; her niece Marcia Towner; her daughter-in-law Evelyn Jones; her grandchildren, Tim Morgan (Tamra), Ooltewah and Nikki Milgate (Brian); her stepson Perry Jones, Jr.; her stepdaughter-in-law Cynthia Jones; her stepgrandchildren, Robert N. Jones (Melissa) and Courtney Crowe (Matt); and also, Gary Howell (Ruth Ann) of Arapaho, Tony Howell (Sandra) of Arapaho, Karen Owen (Gary), Clinton and Sandra Orth (Don).
The family has request donations to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation for Cancer research in lieu of flowers.
