He was predeceased by: his parents, Zephry Lee and Bertha Lee (Temaat); and his grandparents, Rulie Lee, Floyd, Elsie Ramsey, Ben and Gertrude Temaat.
He is survived by: his wife Lometa; his son Toby Lee; his wife Cindy; his daughter Amber Lee; his siblings, Linda Johnson of Grove, OK, Kathy Merrill, Vickie Houser and David Lee of Chanute, KS.; his grandchildren, Jordyn Snider, Conner Snider and Jeff Cornett; and his great grandchild Kimber Jo Cornett.
