Watkins and Oneta Watkins (Moore); his daughter Darla Watkins; and his siblings, Robert Watkins, Dewey Watkins, Billy Lloyd Watkins, Willie Mae Ingram, Laveta Powers, Nancy Jo Watkins, Mable Powers, Viola "Jean" Hodge of Virginia, Claudette Northrup, Jaree Richmond and Joann Johnston.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy Watkins, Darren Watkins (Michelle), Clinton and Rodney Watkins (Angela) of Weatherford, OK; his brother Kenneth Watkins (Vicki); and his grandchildren, Bryson, Kelsey and Blayze Watkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
