It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne Marie Phillips (Apache, Oklahoma), born in Elk City, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 14, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Boniface and Mamie Elizabeth Kilhoffer (Schones); her former husband Norman Dale Chapman; her husband Jack Phillips; and her son Anthony Chapman.
She is survived by: her son Gregory Chapman of Florida; and her siblings, Gary Kilhoffer (Sue) of Canute, Oklahoma and Coleen Jones (C. D.) of Duncan. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
