He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Joe and Mabel Fort (Sanmann); his son Joel Tehauno; and his granddaughter Lacey Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Janis of Apache, OK; his daughters, Deborah Garrett (Rick) of Oklahoma City, OK, Brenda Fort of Prague, OK, Shanna Tehauno of Chickasha, OK and Allene Goad of Cement, OK; and his grandchildren, Isaiah Tehauno, Brandon Wyatt, Shaylea Smith, Keldon Wheeler, Dakota Wheeler, Jeremy Wheeler Jr. and Bodie Garrett.
Viewing will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Crews Funeral Home (122 Floyd Ave, Apache, OK 73006). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Living Faith Christian Center (321 Franklin Ave, Apache, OK 73006). A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Fairview Cemetery.
