He is survived by: his wife Janis of Apache, OK; his daughters, Deborah Garrett (Rick) of Oklahoma City, OK, Brenda Fort of Prague, OK, Shanna Tehauno of Chickasha, OK and Allene Goad of Cement, OK; and his grandchildren, Isaiah Tehauno, Brandon Wyatt, Shaylea Smith, Keldon Wheeler, Dakota Wheeler, Jeremy Wheeler Jr. and Bodie Garrett.
