He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Dean and Margie Jane Harley (Brannon); and his siblings, Ronald Harley and Betty Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Betty Hamilton; his children, Jason Harley (Kate) of Edmond, Marilyn Harley and Brent Bowen of Dallas, Texas; and his grandchildren, Mike Harley, Addison Harley and Brody Bowen.
