He is survived by: his daughter Kristin (Michael Dennington) of Apache; his wife Rita Ann Head; his son Dustin Michael (Jessica Darnell) of Roff; his grandchildren, Makenzi Darnell, Kaden Darnell, Rainee Dennington and McKinley Dennington; and his siblings, Patrick "Pat" (Belinda Darnell) of Cache, Lori (Robert Stafford) of Apache and Michele "Shelly" (Randy Hargis) of Elk City.
