He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Quinton and Irene Quinton (Smith); his wife Ruby Dinse; and his siblings, Ruby Gooden (Benny), Clifford Quinton (Jessie) and Jack Quinton.

He is survived by: his children, Terry McCracken (Stephanie), Jeanine McCracken and Sheryl Denton (Bryan); his grandchildren, Melissa Adams (Anthony), Brandon McCracken (Kyli), Mitchell McCracken (Krystal), Karen Trarbaugh (Robert), BJ Denton (Mckenzie Beaty) and Michaela Denton; his siblings, Dorothy Galassini and Harold Quinton of Albuquerque; his sister-in-law Fran Quinton of Norman; his caregiver Sherri Carr; and his close friends, Jeannine Pike and Brian Neeley.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
