He was predeceased by: his fathers, Claude Cunningham and Billie Prentis (Pounds); and his siblings, Tommy Cunningham, Billy Bob Cunningham and Tammie Riley.

He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Aaron Robertson) of Lee's Summit, Jeremy Cunningham of Ringling and Jina (Colten Burris) of Geronimo; his grandchildren, Hannah Robertson, Piper Robertson, Logan Burris and Nolan Burris; and his siblings, Clyde Cunningham, Ricky Cunningham, Timothy Cunningham, Joe Cunningham, Jeff Cunningham, Joy Griffin, Michelle Taylor and Kim Frazier.
