Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Janis Hruby (Apache, Oklahoma), born in Altus, Oklahoma, who passed away at the age of 89, on January 16, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrington Wimberly and Myrth Wimberly; her sister Mary Margaret Wheeler; her son John Alexander Hruby; her daughter-in-law Tinker Stein Hruby; and her granddaughter Katherine Anne Hruby.
She is survived by: her daughter Alison Hruby Whittaker of Los Gatos; and her grandchildren, Clay Whittaker of Petaluma and Sarah Whittaker of Oregon City, Oregon..
In light of the pandemic, the family will announce a Celebration of Life Memorial to honor Janis at a future date.
