She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Base and Minnie Base; her daughter Juanna Sue Boydstun; and her husband Raymond LeRoy McCullough. She is survived by: her son William Ray McCullough of Apache; and her grandchildren, Todd (Summer McCullough) of Apache, Jina (Jason Mindemann) of Apache, Tina (Justin Lindsey) of Fort Cobb, Stacy (David Dennington) of Stecker and Kristi (John Cunningham) of Apache. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
