He was predeceased by: his parents, Hadley Woods and Juanita Woods (Lindsey); his brothers, Dennis Woods and Charles Woods; and his nephew Mark Woods.
He is survived by: his daughter Shelly Woods of Apache; his grandchildren, Autumn Schmitt (Chase McCuller) of Fletcher, Mya Schafer of Apache and Britton Schmitt of Fletcher; and his siblings, Linda Livingston and Gayle Woods of Duncan.
