Earla Kay Franklin Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Earla Kay Franklin (Apache, Oklahoma), born in Bedford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 2, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Earl and Alverna "Vernie" Mae Franklin (Price); her brother Dave Price; and her granddaughter Megan Belongie. She is survived by: her daughters, Jeri (Robert Milford) of Oklahoma City, Donona (Don Tucker) of Wynnewood and Jaclyn Constant of Bridge Creek; her grandchildren, Cory (Allison Milford), Nicalas (Mia Burns), Kristin Dean (Sean Cusack), Matthew (Rylie Dean), Jaiden Pryor and Railyn Constant; her great grandchildren, Nicole Belongie, Copper Dean, Maddox Milford, Marley Dean and Craig Burns II; her siblings, Rita (Bill Isom) of Stecker and Scott (Christi Franklin) of Apache; her sister-in-law Kathi Price of New Paris, Pennsylvania; her aunt Vesta Boone of Kountze, Texas; and her close friend Cindy Hilley (Mike Horne) of Warr Acres. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
