He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kay Whitlock; his children, Joshua Whitlock, Trina Noland-Hershberger and Charles Noland III; his grandchildren, Josselynn Whitlock, Jensin Whitlock, Zoe Smith, Chuck Smith, Wyatt Whitlock-Smith, Emerson Whitlock-Smith, Mickey Whitlock-Roberts, Harper Whitlock-Kasler and Charles Noland IV; and his siblings, David Noland, Bernie Derry (Candy) and Nancy Derry (Bill).
