He is survived by: his wife Betty Hugar; his children, Eleanor Hugar, Charles Hugar Jr., Lesley (Mike Pocowatchit), Lisa (Russell Espinosa), Gary (Linda Methvin), Cheryl (Mike Grawe), Alan Waters, Connie Archilta and Clarissa Methvin (Tyler Kopepassah); his siblings, Ernest (Karen Kadayso), Chris (Jenny Hugar), Curtis (Laura Hugar), Robert (Nikki Hugar), Margaret Hugar and Christine Hugar; his grandson Bryson Pickard; his stepsiblings, Alda Mae, Joyce, Debbie, Jackie, Dennis, James, Troy and Ronnie; his sister-in-law Donna Poore; and his great grandchildren, Friend and Mike JohnsonCharles.
