He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack B. Brown and Elizabeth Brown (Young); and his siblings, Evelyn Walker and Bill Brown. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Allen; his children, Sunita Burchett of Oklahoma City, Kristi Woodhouse of Irving and Jeff Brown (Terri Jacobson) of Joplin; his grandchildren, Jordan Woodhouse of Puyallup, Devin Burchett of Oklahoma City and Aeria Brown of Lansing; and his brother Donald Y. Brown of Apache. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
