In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Wyona leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Wyona may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Jimmy Meshaya of Talihina, Terry Meshaya of Edmond, Preston Meshaya of Finley and Geraldine Gill of Muskogee, Oklahoma; her granddaughter Lindsy Alexander of McAlester, Oklahoma.; her daughter Kristi Meshaya; her siblings, Maudell Meshaya, Dorothy Willie and Martin Meshaya; and her parents, Ruth Ishcomer Meshaya (Ishcomer) and Martin James Meshaya.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM.
