He is survived by: his significant other Clara Battice-Eyachabbe; his daughters, Victoria (Mitch Holder) of Oklahoma City, Nasha Tucker of Oklahoma City, Carolyn (Andrew Windham) of Oklahoma City and Chloe Eyachabbe of Oklahoma City; his stepchildren, Curtis Battice, Jr., Karla of Midwest City, OK, Leslie Battice of Tecumseh, OK, Sterling Battice and Tiffany of Antlers, OK; his siblings, Curtis Eyachabbe (Patsy), Rufus Eyachabbe Jr. (Ramona), Paula Sue Willis and Rhoda Scott (Roger); and also Vic. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 12 step grandkids, and 10 step-great-grandchildren.
