He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Matthews; his daughters, Stephanie Jo Matthews Smallwood (Mark) and Theresa Lynn Matthews Moyers (James); his grandchildren, Levi Moyers (Kaiti), Ty Smallwood (Morgan), Dakota Moyers (Brooke) and Tara Blancett (Josh); his great grandchildren, Moxi Moyers, Leo Smallwood, Marlei Moyers, Sinclair Smallwood, Beau Blancett and McCoy Moyers; his nieces and nephews, Billy Jim Coggins, Jackie Dean Matthews, Mike Matthews, Bobby Rodenberger, David Don Couch, Kay Williams, Liz Rodenberger and Jackie Jo Perrin; and his brother Tommy Jones.
