He is survived by: his wife Barbara Maynard; his mother Marilyn Maynard of Antlers, OK; his children, Courtney Osmer (Steven) of Antlers, OK, Ryan Maynard (Josie Horner) of Smithville, OK and Cass Maynard (Heather) of Antlers, OK; his siblings, Chuck Maynard (Leslie) of Antlers, OK and Pamela Ramirez-Maynard (Jose Aguirre) of Greenville, TX; his grandmother Mary Lee White of Antlers, OK; and his grandchildren, Dakoda, Alex, Jed, Gabe and Alyssa Osmer. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
