He was predeceased by: his mothers, Opal Lee and Thelma Louella Couch (Neal); his son Mitchell Couch; his son-in-law Robert Jenner; and his siblings, O'Dell McKerley, Harold Don Couch and Boyce Couch.
He is survived by: his wife Rosie Lee Couch; his children, Michael Don Couch of Oklahoma City, Lynn G. Morris (Jerry) of Oklahoma City, Terri Ellison (Lee) of Oklahoma City, Lisa Harmon (David Lutes) of Oklahoma City and Dana Jenner of Oklahoma City; his sister Carole Martin of Antlers; his grandchildren, Ryan Hurd, Amber Couch of Everett, Taylor Bryant (Brandon) of Ft. Worth, Shelby Lamb (Allan) of Geilenchurkin, Isiah Bowen, Draydon Moore, Kingston Moore of Everett, Sydney Jenner and Alex Jenner of Oklahoma City; and his great grandchildren, Harper Bryant, Reagan Bryant of Fort Worth and Hadley Lamb of Geilenchurkin, Germany..
