He was predeceased by: his father Audy Hayes; and his grandparents, Betty, Clarence Dillishaw, Delores and Junior Hayes.

He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Conley (Dillishaw); his daughters, Jazmine Hayes and Gracie Mae Hayes; his sisters, Melissa Rees and Becky Dillishaw; his nieces, Rylie Thompson, Kimberly Billy, Dixie Billy and Emersyn Billy; and his nephew David Rees. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
