He was predeceased by: his parents, Rod Palmer and Wanda Palmer (Masters); his grandmother Veneta Latham; and his brother Ricky Palmer. He is survived by: his sons, Bryer Lance Palmer of Wichita Falls, Texas and Tyler Lee Palmer of Wichita Falls, Texas; and his grandson Landen Lance Palmer of Wichita Falls, Texas. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
