He is survived by: his wife Jackie McCullar; his children, Michael Ray McCullar of Durant, OK, Brittney Michelle McCullar of Durant, OK, Charles Beats of Ada, OK, Chad Adams of Ada, OK, Cody Adams (Summer) of Ada, OK, David Adams of Ada, OK and Cory Adams of Tulsa, OK; his sisters, Stacey Willis (Larry House) of Sasakwa, OK and Andrea McCullar of Oklahoma City, OK; his stepfather David Delana of Wewoka, OK; and also Veda Dickinson of Wewoka, OK. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; along with aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
