He was predeceased by: his son Patrick Watts; his parents, Bill Watts and Aline Watts; and his sister Patricia Watts. He is survived by: his former wife Sherry Brown; his wife Sherry Watts; his children, Staci (Will Lohrman) of Rattan and Crystal (Brian Noahubi) of Moore, Oklahoma; his sisters, Manya (Charley Cooper) of Rattan and Colleen (Ronnie Hodge) of Bethel, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Ryan Lohrman, Briana Noahubi, Haylee Noahubi and Caden Lohrman. He is also survived by other relatives and numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Royal Rangers at the Victory Assembly of God Church P.O. Box 189, Rattan, Oklahoma 74562.
