He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Dovie Underwood, Martin and Ruth Meshaya. He is survived by: his parents, Preston Hamilton Meshaya and Ellen Meshaya (Underwood) of Finley, Oklahoma; his brother John Spurlock of Finley, Oklahoma; and his niece Morgan Spurlock of Elk City, Oklahoma.
