He was predeceased by: his mother Patsy Williams (Savage); his grandparents, Mildred, Woodrow Savage, Joe Sr. and Emma Williams; and his mother-in-law Melba Duke.
He is survived by: his father Leon Williams of Antlers, Oklahoma; his pet Lucy; his wife Lynda Williams; his son Dalton Ray Williams (Kayleigh) of Antlers, Oklahoma; his siblings, David Williams (Dorthy) of Antlers, Oklahoma and Lynn Winters (John) of Antlers, Oklahoma; and his nieces and nephews, Mark Williams, Marlee Taylor, Amber Buchanan, Michelle Moyers, Luke, Isabel, Abby, Calvin, Frankie, Finley, Penelope, Piper and Benjamin.
