He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Grover McKinney and Tennie B. McKinney Goswick (Karr); his stepfather Denver B. Goswick Sr.; his brothers, Denver B. Goswick Jr. and Terry Lee McKinney Goswick; and his grandparents, John W., Georgia Pool Karr, Lester and Bessie Carter McKinney.
He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Monroe; his children, Christy McKinney, Raechel Garcia (Lester) of Taracy, Shawana McKinney of Hayward and Billy Stewart (April) of Stockton, California; his siblings, Donald T. "Pete" McKinney of Weleetka, James Clay (Vickie Reese Goswick), Allene McKinney Hendrix of Weleetka and Marie McKinney Entz of Gig Harbor, Washington; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Nathen, Jaden Garcia, Hope, Justice Marlow, Isabella, Marcello, Ariella Ortiz, William and Aurbree Stewart.
