She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Frazier and Annie M. Frazier; her brother Johnny L. Frazier; her nephew Dawson Primeaux; and her great-niece Haylee M. Madbull.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ollie Madbull, Isaac Frazier (Tinker), Tony Frazier and Donell Frazier of Antlers, OK.; her nieces, Misty Madbull and Anna G. Frazier; her nephew Jeffery Madbull; her great-nieces, Brittany Primeaux, Chloeaunna Madbull and Alexaunna Madbull; and her great-nephew Mykol Primeaux.
