He is survived by: his wife Virginia McGuire (Montgomery); his children, Marshall Alan McGuire of Springdale, AR and Renae McGuire of Vinita, OK; his sisters, Mary DeZuani of Newalla, OK and Anna Malone of Poteau, OK; and his grandson Aaron Alan McGuire of Springdale, AR. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
