He is survived by: his wife Kathy Chappell; his children, Monty Chappell (Denice) of Runaway Bay, TX, Jody Chappell (Vickey) of Golden, OK, Lori Sackett of Calera, OK and Stephanie Carlton (Eddie) of Bokchito, OK; his sisters, Sue Davenport of Jacksonville, TX and Mary Lundblad of Olympia, WA; his grandchildren, Shalan Prince (Wesley) of Valliant, OK, Keith Sackett of Calera, OK, Haylie Mata (Rey) of Boswell, OK, Chase Chappell of Fort Worth, TX and Christian McGowan of Bokchito, OK; and his great grandchildren, Ryker Prince, Rogan Prince and Cheyenne Mata.
