He is survived by: his children, Kellie Leann (Joey Rutledge) of Soper, OK and Kevin Lee Garman (Krystin Riley) of Rattan, OK; his girlfriend Joy Davis; his sisters, Lisa Idleman (Mike) and Linda Carter (Donny); and his grandchildren, Tanner Trent, Kadence Garman, Chandler Lee Scout Garman, Tracer Rutledge, Jai'T Garman and J. W. Garman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
