It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Sappington (Antlers, Oklahoma), born in Bakersfield, California, who passed away on September 24, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Hamill and Dora Hamill (Johnson); her husband Curtis Sappington; and her siblings, Mildred Tyson, John Hutson, Ferrell Hutson and Jack Hutson.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Sappington (Danael) of Antlers and Jolene Pool (Mike) of Antlers; her grandchildren, Ronnie Sappington (Jordan) of Rattan, Amber Pool (Chris) of Antlers, Sierra Addington (Dillon) of Cloudy, Stormee Birchfield (Adam) of Rattan, Jonathan, Brandon Pool and Angela Albarado; her great grandchildren, Mason, Maddy, Jaden, Colton, Emmalee, Leilani, Kai "Little Joe", Jerica, Jasmine, Ana, Halie, Alex and Brandon; and her great great grandchildren, Paula, Mauricio, Frankie, Aslan, Alan, Christian and Emily. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
