He is survived by: his wife Carlene Phillips; his daughters, Lisa Lewis (Mike) of Roland and Sherry Brown (Randy) of Garland, Texas; his siblings, Tandy White of Wylie, Texas and Betty Chance; his grandchildren, Ashley Lewis of Fort Smith Arkansas, Justin Lewis of Roland, Shelbie Lewis of Virginia, Tristan Brown of Fate and Nerissa Prestridge of Garland, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Konner, Tenleigh, Emmerson, Holden, Adeline, Isabella and Ayden Rae. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
