He is survived by: his parents, Rusty Glaze and Carla Glaze (Anderson) of Antlers, OK; his sisters, Dakotah Glaze and Catori Glaze of Antlers, OK; his grandparents, Diane Glaze of Durant, OK, Mark and Dana Glaze of Rockett, TX; and his great-grandparent Beatrice Leathers. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
