He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Bailey and Allie Bailey (Harper); and his brother Virgil Bailey Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Choat; his brother Feed; his children, Russell Bailey of Antlers, Danna Rae Bailey (Wiley Napier) of Antlers and Virgle Lynn Bailey (Stephanie) of Antlers, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Olivia Napier of Antlers, Oklahoma, Rebecca Napier of Antlers, Oklahoma and Karli Bailey of Antlers, Oklahoma; his brother Victor Ray; his aunt Margie Bailey Harvey of Derby, Kansas; and his granddaughters, Wendeline Napier, Kaylea Bailey, Kattie Bailey and Karlie Bailey. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
