He was predeceased by: his parents, John Somner and Ethel Somner; and his wife Judy Somner. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Neel (Eric), Becky Rutland (Roy) and Joshua Somner; his grandchildren, Ashley Anderson (Dan), Jennifer Rutland, CJ Mackey and Jessica Rutland-Cantrell (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Annabella Anderson, Haley Cantrell, Madison Cantrell, Kadence Mackey, Alessa Mackey and Killian Mackey; and his sister LeAnn Bash.
