He was predeceased by: his grandparents, J. W. and Jewel Garrard (Grandpa); his parent Kathryn Belvin (Garrard); and his siblings, Sharon McGarry, Wayne and Jerry Goolsby.
He is survived by: his children, Bubba Taylor (Magan), Patricia Record (Robert), Amy Chase and Genia Keller; his grandchildren, Stanton Chase, Hailey Chase, Dustin Chandler, Dakota Hampton, Destiny Hampton, Sara Taylor and James Taylor; and his siblings, Jimbo Taylor, Tim Belvin, Brandon Belvin, Kimberly Haskins (Robert) and Carol Wintersmith. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews as well as many other friends and family.
