He is survived by: his wife Nancy Peters; his daughters, Kimberly Battiest (Kenneth) of Broken Bow, OK, Lisa Peters of Antlers, OK and Lorelei Scott (Matthew Sullivan) of Durant, OK; his siblings, Marvin Peters of Antlers, OK, Janice Kupiec of Arlington, TX, Roberta Williams of Atoka, OK, Margaret Greenlee of Albuquerque, NM, Rhonda Juarez of Albuquerque, NM and Barbara Cates of Durant, OK; his grandchildren, Victoria Battiest, Autumn Battiest, Kalli Battiest, Lucas Battiest, Caleb Sullivan, Austin Sullivan, Logan Sullivan, Nova Littrel, Taylor Hadley, Jordan Scott, Alanna Scott and Timothy Scott; and his great grandchildren, Brodee Currence, Nataleigh Story, Baby Seth Scott, Kaizleiyn Hadley, Jaihlee Hadley and Bella Hadley.
