We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2022, at the age of 99, Florence Chavis of Antlers, Oklahoma, born in Hugo, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Nowabbi and Nellie Locke; her husband Joe Chavis; and her son David Chavis. She is survived by: her children, Ella Martin of Big Lake and Joe Dean Chavis of Bells, Texas; her grandchildren, Tammy Price, Danetta Smith, Leslie Kirkpatrick, Cheryl Jones, Amy Kolb and Cody Chavis; her great grandchildren, Chad Franklin, David Price, Brendan Haliburton, Michael Smith, Michaella Smith, Zane Smith, Cameron Jones, Abby Hiner, Bella Kolb, JT Wood, Robbie Bland, Dakota Daniels and Kadin Kirkpatrick; and her great great grandchildren, Penelope Bland and Tinleigh Bland. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
