She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Proctor and Dollie Proctor (Newman); her husband Bob Campbell; her siblings, Kenneth Proctor and Linda Kilgore; and her grandchildren, Jackie Shepard and David Spann.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Spann, Wanda Pickett of Myrtle Beach, SC, Timothy Spann, Joyce Smith of Antlers, OK, Cathie Shepard and Jack Shepard of Granbury, TX; and her grandchildren, Kristy Carmichael, Daniel Spann, Summer Erwin, Shannon Marsden, Shawn Davis, Scott Shepard, Todd Shepard, Donald Withers, Daryl Spann and Michael Morris. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other beloved relatives.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Faye's name to Irene's House of Joy and Touch of Joy in Antlers, OK.
