She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernie W. Rember and Olie Richardson Rember; and her grandson Martin Lewis Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jackie, Kenneth, Frank, Bernie Eugene, Charlie, Shirley (Walter Adams), Orval Wayne (Susan) and Benny Dale Lewis (Julia); her siblings, Frank (Alice) and Shirley (Walter); her grandson Martin Lewis (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Hunter and Joshua; and her great great grandchild Roselynn Lewis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and their children.
