He is survived by: his wife Cairl Collins; his children, Donald Collins, Jr. (Stacy Jo), Duanita Ayers (Jason), Steven McLaughlin and Stephanie Renee Moore; his sisters, Mary Alice West (Collins), Jane Protzman and Kitty Protzman; his grandchildren, Carrie Cheyenne Carlile (Dillon, Jr), Joshua Trent Ayers, Kaydi Leigh Collins, Amber Annette Roberts (Eric), Bethany Smith (Seth) and Zeke Leyba (Zandra); and his great grandchildren, Brantley Shane Carlile, Riley Brooke Carlile, Kelton Ripp Carlile, Maleah Faith Roberts, Caleigh Alondra Roberts, Addie Roberts, Raygin Roberts, Augustus Roberts, Samuel Kent Smith, Katherine Moore, Kristen Moore and Kaleb Moore.
