She is survived by: her husband Leroy Chavez; her children, Kristina Lopez (Phil Moreno) of Turlock, CA, James Chavez (Geremy) of Cibolo, TX and Nathan Chavez (Cheyenne Upchurch) of Antlers, OK; her siblings, Jimmy Ray Motley of California, Leeann Donato of California, Terry Motley of California and Robin Ochoa (Robert) of California; her grandchildren, Jessyca, Aleseya, Devyna, Sarah, Julian, Jazmine and Joshua; and her great grandchildren, Ezmi, Alize, Genesis, Amiah, Julian, Mario and Emery.
